Processing Time:
All orders are handmade with care. Please allow 7–10 business days for processing before your item ships. During peak seasons or sales, processing time may be slightly longer — but we promise it’s worth the wait!
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and selected shipping method.
- U.S. Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout (varies by location)
- Free Shipping: On U.S. orders over $75 (automatically applied at checkout)
Carrier Info:
We ship all items USPS Ground Advantage. Shipping upgrades are available at checkout. A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order ships.
Local Pickup (Optional):
If you’re local to Greenwood, SC, we offer free local pickup! Select “Local Pickup” at checkout and you’ll receive a notification when your order is ready.
Shipping Delays:
We are not responsible for shipping delays due to carrier issues, weather, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If your package is marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it, please contact your local post office or carrier first.
International Shipping:
We currently ship within the U.S. only. If you’re outside the U.S. and would like to place an order, please contact us to discuss options.
Wrong Address?
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you notice a mistake after checkout, contact us within 12 hours so we can try to fix it before your order ships.
