At Custom Creations by Lacey, every item is handmade with love — and we want you to absolutely love what you receive. Due out items being made to order, we have a no returns or exchanges policy. However, we’re always happy to make things right if there’s an issue!

We will gladly fix any of the following:

 

  • Items that arrive damaged or defective
  • Incorrect items sent (wrong size/design than ordered)

To report an issue:

 

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll work quickly to resolve the problem.
